The King of Upland Game Birds. These are raised on the farm in large flyways with very little interaction
with people or animals. The less interaction the wilder the bird will tend to be this makes for a more wary bird that will give the hunter a spectacular flush after an awesome find. |

These birds are raised in Southern Ontario at Silver Maple Farms. We recieve our Chukar at 16 weeks or older. By that time these birds are a mature full feathered hard flying partridge. We use these birds for Field Trials and for training they are super birds with a consistant flush and superior flight. Best of all they taste great. |

These birds are raised in Southern Ontario at Silver Maple Farms. These birds are mature and good fliers. Quail are fine training birds for pointers and also are a wonderful bird for a shoot over pointers and at this price you can hunt like you own the plantation. |

Pigeons come from all over basically where ever I can find them at a reasonable price. The vast majority of these birds are used for the training of Springers and we like to raise and keep them comming back for more. Really we enjoy raising the pigeons and prefer the homer as they head home as soon as they are flushed. They are super for young dogs and for steadying as they are strong fliers and head home quickly rarely rewarding the chasing dog. |
